I hear voices

So now this is a challenge, basically we have to recreate this; a schizophrenic voice. We wanted to create to types of voices, one representing the characters good sense and one representing the bad, we are going to record different audio files and overlap them. The hard part on this task is that we have to make the audio understandable because it is key to the scene. What i am planing to do is record a single audio of faint whispering and talking, and over that audio i put the files of the actual voices. Coordinating audio to video is going to be a hard task, but it can be done.

We were thinking of using both male and female voices, the male being the bad influence persona, while the female being the good perosna also, maybe by tying the female voice to a motherly influence we can create a back story to the character. When we develop this idea we had to look up if different gender voices in schizophrenic patients was a thing, and we encountered in this article in which is states that male voices dominates over female voices in auditory hallucinations, and that it doesn't have anything to do with which type of gender the patient is, they can hear both voices. By reading this it helped us confirm that is realistic to use both gender voices, even tho is very rare it is still possible. Here are the dialogues we are going to record:

-They are following you
-Do it
-Throw it
-Take them
-You are a failure
-Bad boy
-You are useless
-They hate you
-Hide

When we looked up in the previous video we saw that most of the voices were giving commands or insults, so thats what we are sticking to mostly, also any outside noise we are gonna make it double so you hear that whats happening outside is expressed in the characters thoughts and voices.
